Rates & Insurance
Rates
Session fees can vary according to therapist.
However the current self-pay fees for our fully licensed therapists are:
- $250 for initial intake session
- $200 for 50 minute individual psychotherapy session
- $250 for family with client session
- $225 for family without client session
- $250 for couples session
Insurance
We accept Anthem/Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Aetna insurance only.
For other insurances, a monthly superbill can be provided to submit to the insurance company for either application towards the deductible and/or reimbursement depending on your out of network coverage. Bright Transformations Therapy also provides a sliding scale for clients if appropriate, to be discussed after your initial session is complete.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
