1:1 Coaching
Your goals. Your journey. Your time to grow.
One-on-one coaching with Jennifer is a dedicated, personalized partnership built entirely around you — your goals, your challenges, and the life you are working toward. Every 1:1 coaching engagement is led exclusively by Jennifer, bringing expertise and genuine heart to each and every session.
1:1 coaching is available by request only. Each coaching relationship is personalized and begins with a conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Please note: Coaching is not therapy and does not replace therapy. While Jennifer is a licensed clinical social worker, she does not act in that clinical capacity during coaching sessions. Coaching is a forward-focused, goal-oriented partnership. If you are seeking mental health treatment or support for a clinical concern, please visit the therapy page or reach out to a licensed mental health provider.
Jennifer offers 1:1 coaching across six focus areas — life transitions and personal growth, leadership and executive coaching, burnout and stress management, emotional regulation and communication, clinician and professional development, and recovery and accountability. Every coaching engagement is custom-built around your specific goals, timeline, and desired outcomes.
Coaching is different from therapy. Where therapy focuses on healing, clinical assessment, and mental health treatment, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented — designed for people who are ready to grow, lead, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Getting started is simple. You reach out and share where you are, Jennifer connects with you for a discovery conversation to explore your goals and determine fit, she builds a coaching plan tailored specifically to you, and then the work begins — meeting consistently, tracking progress, and adjusting as needed so every session serves where you are and where you are going.
